The incident happened at Lakeshore Motors where on February 21st 2017 a car on a hoist fell about 6 feet to the ground injuring the employees.
Ministry inspectors looked into it and determined the hoist was faulty.
Upon further inspection they determined other hoists in the service area were also faulty.
They accused Lakeshore of not providing proper information, instruction, and supervision to employees.
Earlier this month the company was convicted, and fined 45 thousand dollars by the province.
