Four men who allegedly tried to pull a fast one on businesses and workers in Temiskaming Shores are facing criminal charges following a 5 year investigation into the multi million dollar scam.

Temiskaming OPP joined forces with other agencies when they first received complaints about Clarida Construction, a solar management company, in July of 2014.

All 4, 53 year old Keith Clarida and 62 year old David Wood, both of Sault St Marie, 64 year old Bruce Clarida of Keswick and 65 year old Bradley Clarida of Kelowna BC are charged with 2 counts each of fraud over 5,000 and making false financial statements.

The 4 are slated to appear in court next month.
