Temiskaming OPP will be out in force this Easter weekend searching, not for Easter eggs, but for people not wearing their seat belt.

The campaign will run from April 20th, to the 22nd and is designed to impress upon people that seat belts save lives.

Everyone in the car must be safely buckled in.

If not, it’s going to cost you.

The fines range from $200-1000 dollars plus demerit points.

They remind you it takes mere seconds to buckle the belt.
